• confirmation and update emails we send in connection with Astral Sync,

It does not cover third-party websites, app stores, social media platforms, community platforms, or external services linked from the Site. Those third parties have their own policies.

For Astral Sync pre-registration and update emails, personal information such as your email address, platform interest, consent records, submission timestamp, source information, and technical submission data may be processed by Mailchimp, email service providers, CRM providers, form providers, database providers, hosting providers, or security providers located outside South Korea.

We keep personal information only as long as needed:

• Consent and suppression records: we may retain limited records of consent, withdrawal, and unsubscribe requests to demonstrate compliance and ensure we do not send further marketing emails after you unsubscribe.

If we later launch games/apps, player accounts, beta tests, in-game analytics, embedded media, advertising tools, SDKs, payment features, or community integrations, we will publish updates covering, as applicable:

Information about our projects (including game/webtoon concepts, visuals, features, timelines, mechanics, story elements, and release targets) is provided as work-in-progress and may change without notice. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding promise, guarantee, or offer.

6) Pre-Registration and Updates

The Website may allow you to pre-register interest in Astral Sync or subscribe to receive updates.

Pre-registration does not guarantee access to any game, demo, beta test, early access program, reward, account, platform release, or launch date.

Any rewards, bonuses, platform availability, features, release timing, playable reveals, or participation opportunities mentioned on the Website are subject to change, cancellation, regional availability, platform rules, and additional terms that may be published later.

If you choose to receive Astral Sync news or updates, we may send you emails about major announcements, launch reward news, playable reveal updates, trailers, character or world updates, and related Kiagu Studios news, subject to your consent where required by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing or update emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at contact@kiagu.com .
